An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 234bet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per calendar month to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by the contact details on file before any dormancy fee is applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.
A bet placed on 234bet is final and binding once confirmed by the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. 234bet will not accept claims of accidental bet placement after confirmation has been issued.
Bets will only be accepted if the Player's account balance is sufficient to cover the full stake at the time of placement. 234bet does not extend credit under any circumstances.
234bet makes every effort to ensure that all displayed odds and betting markets are accurate. In the event of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in the odds, market description, or game result — 234bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player. A manifest error does not entitle the Player to any profit that would not have been available under the correct odds.
A bet may be declared void by 234bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; an error in the published odds is identified; the bet was placed after the official start of the event (in the case of pre-match markets); or a security investigation determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Voided bets have their stakes returned to the Player's account in full.
In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during the event at 234bet's discretion. Bets submitted during a period of market suspension will not be accepted. Once an in-play bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is subject to the same finality rules as pre-match bets.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 234bet are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating solely to that promotion.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds credited to a 234bet account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotional terms as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total before a withdrawal is permitted).
234bet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing bets that qualify for a bonus while placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbitrage" or "hedging"); and providing false information in order to qualify for a promotion.
Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotional terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to note the expiry date of any bonus or promotional credit.
